n
a world which is increasingly connected and inter-dependent the world is
shifting away from the Occidental "Western" Paradigm of "war" and
increasingly moving towards the Oriental "Eastern" Paradigm of "trade".
The "Western" Paradigm is
hereby loosely defined as being to "capture" by war and other forceful
means resources including people, land, etc. and therefore profit from
this community action. In general today Western countries tend to be more
"warring" than their Eastern counterparts. This "warring" mentality
includes how the rule of law & "interest" & profit as a tool of "usury"
is being applied in the Western business model - unfortunately the
global economic system is based on this model! Usury means to use
- it does not mean "mutually beneficial"! many in business today
are focused on "win-lose" and not on "win-win"'
The "Eastern" Paradigm is
hereby loosely defined as being to trade to profit from community
action. This is exampled by China and in this Author's view during the 15th
Centrury Ming Dynasty great effort was made by the Chinese to understand
the world - and finding few people with similar understandings and society
the Chinese closed their doors and this model of "trade" has laid
relatively dormant awaiting it's time for a shift of global paradigms.
In mythological terms for
Western countries - and the followers of their financial & economic system
- "Zeus" may no longer be as dominant a global archetype. What is being
created in this global shift is a new order with the peaceful coexistance
of more balanced archetypes.
Those
individuals, business communities and countries who are able to make the
shift away from a "war" mentality towards "trade" will be positioned to
reap the rewards
