Our sister business Karma Waters provides Homestays in Bai Huong fishing village in UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Cu Lao Cham (Cham Islands), Vietnam. 

The small fishing village of Bai Huong in Cham Islands with only 500 population is like one large family with few of the barriers and boundaries normally found between people in a community.  It is thru Homestay that people can experience, participate & start to "re-connect". 

Building on our Homestay experience for personal development we also provide management training in processes of Meaningful Participation for individuals and organizations. 

We provide facilitation for groups on Strategic Planning, Action Plans, etc.

For organizations our program normally lasts at least 5 days for an average of 6-8 participants.
